Lightweight and collapsible dobsonian truss design suitable for easy transportation to and from the desired location. The design is made of high-quality multilayered plywood from the Austrian company JAF. The optics are always of the highest quality, attained by very few manufacturers.
Our mirrors are made with extreme precision and with exceptional quality. At the end a final test is made with an interferometer and the mirror is certified. The work ends when a Strehl ratio of 0.95 or more is achieved.
Interferometric tests conducted on each of our mirrors are a guarantee for their excellent quality. The results give an indication of product quality at multiple points over the entire surface, not just one. We also offer to do interferometric tests as a service.
