ORDER PROCESS
Each AstroReflect order is custom-made.
For this reason, production begins only after all technical specifications and configuration details of the project have been fully discussed and agreed upon.
You are welcome to contact us with any questions or to place an order specifying your preferences. Communication can be initiated via our contact form or through our official Facebook page.
PAYMENT TERMS
After the order specifications are finalized, a 60% advance payment is required before manufacturing begins.
The remaining 40% balance is payable prior to dispatch of the completed product.
Advance payments are non-refundable.
As all orders are custom-made to individual specifications, the finished product cannot be resold to another customer.
We therefore recommend that you carefully consider and confirm your requirements before placing an order and making the advance payment.
MODIFICATIONS DURING PRODUCTION
Design changes or additional refinements requested during the manufacturing process may be possible, provided they are discussed and mutually agreed upon by both parties.
While we aim to remain flexible whenever feasible, certain modifications may not be possible once production has reached a specific stage.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
The production timeline for a custom telescope is not fixed and may vary depending on external factors such as the availability and delivery time of specific components.
The typical production timeframe ranges from 3 to 6 months.
In addition to custom orders, selected telescope models may occasionally be available from stock.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and packaging costs are covered by the customer and depend on the destination and the aperture of the telescope.
The shipping method and delivery details are discussed and agreed upon individually for each order.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED COMPONENTS
Upon prior agreement, customer-supplied components may be integrated into the telescope design, provided they are delivered to us before manufacturing begins.
In such cases, the final price of the telescope is recalculated based on the supplied components.
PRICING POLICY
Product prices may be adjusted over time.
Any price changes do not affect orders that are already confirmed and in production.
