- After an order has been processed and placed, you are required to pay 60% of its price before we start working on it.
- The remaining 40% are to be paid immediately prior to dispatch and delivery of the finished product.
- The customer covers all shipping and packaging expenses. Their price depends on the location and the aperture of the telescope. The method of delivery is to be discussed further.
We can also use specific elements in the design process, if you have bought and delivered them to us. The value of the telescope is recalculated depending on the delivered items from you.
Paid amount for a requested order cannot be refunded. We apologise, but orders are strictly individual and your product cannot be offered and sold to others. We advise that you make sure you know and are aware of what you want before placing your order and paying the amount due.
Possible changes and additional refinements in the process are acceptable, but they need be discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Despite our desire to be as efficient and flexible, sometimes some modifications are not possible.
The deadline for a finished telescope is not strictly set due to external factors such as delivery parts and etc. (a range of 1 to 4 months). Aside from placing an order, you can purchase a telescope already in stock.
The prices of our products can be altered at any time, but this does not affect your projects which are already in progress.
